Global Peace and Harmony (GPAH) recently conducted an activity in which they funded the Khubaib Orphan House. The organization sacrificed nine cows in the name of Allah the Almighty to participate in their Quran Project. More than 200 orphan children were facilitated and shared meals and joys during the event. The young students self-applied the techniques of sacrifice of cows to prepare hilal meat, and the youngest assisted in serving the food. This meat was distributed to the local poor community, providing a rare opportunity to enjoy dinner together.During the event, GPAH also arranged a brief session to teach the children how to manage any death event in an Islamic manner, starting from Ghusal to taking the person to their final destination respectfully. This is a basic prime responsibility of every child, and GPAH is committed to ensuring that these children have access to this knowledge. The children performed as professionals, displaying their talents in singing, dancing, marshal arts, and poetry. They discussed their studies, future career pathways, and highlighted their journey of coping with losing parents at early ages. The children showed great ambition and courage, with a spirit ready to become successful individuals of future society, serving the nation as dedicated doctors, leaders, engineers, civil servants, and technicians, among others. Many of the graduate students are now receiving full-time scholarships from different universities in Pakistan, while a few are already studying in Turkey in the field of nursing and medicine. The efforts of GPAH in funding the Khubaib Orphan House and conducting this activity demonstrate their commitment to promoting education, child protection, and Islamic values. These initiatives go a long way in building a more peaceful and harmonious world for all.
